Complete 2023–2026 6.7 Power Stroke Setup

Choose your calibration provider as part of the complete setup. Selecting ASAP does not change your selected hardware package. Choose the exhaust setup, support term, and whether to add TCM tuning; we match the package to the model year, VIN, and confirmed truck configuration.

Choose Your Exhaust

• 4" Race Pipe: Partial exhaust section supplied with the required downpipe and designed to reuse the compatible downstream factory exhaust.
• Full 4" Exhaust System: Complete straight-through system with the required downpipe and no muffler.
• 5" Performance Exhaust System: Complete straight-through system with the required downpipe, no muffler, and a larger outlet path.

Sound and final fit can vary by wheelbase, cab/bed configuration, existing modifications, and installation. Cutting or adjustment may be required on some trucks.

ASAP Calibration & Support

When ASAP Calibrations is selected, the following ASAP file and support details apply. Exact ECM, optional TCM, SOTF, customization, and update availability depends on the model year, VIN, confirmed configuration, and selected support term.

TCM tuning is not included unless a +TCM support option is selected. TCM availability varies by model year, VIN, and truck configuration. Installation of a purchased TCM calibration is optional.

• 4 Weeks: Access to the supported file library and written support for four weeks. A file already installed remains installed after the access window closes.
• Full Support: Ongoing access to the supported file library and written support for the original VIN and confirmed configuration.
• + TCM Tuning: Adds a matched TCM calibration where supported for $450.

Written support is available by email Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.

SOTF Switch

Supported packages include Single Power Level and SOTF file options. When SOTF is supported, one tune contains five selectable power levels controlled with a compatible physical 5-position switch. The switch ships only when the +$80 switch option is selected.

How Ordering Works

1. Select your exhaust setup, support term, and whether to add TCM tuning.
2. Select the exact model year, enter the 17-character VIN and truck details, and choose whether you need a physical SOTF switch.
3. After checkout, connect the EZ Lynk and add Ironline Diesel as the technician.
4. Calibration processing normally takes 1–3 business days after complete truck information and a successful EZ Lynk link are received.

Do not install hardware or flash the truck until the correct configuration and file sequence have been confirmed in writing.

Important Fitment & Shipping Information

• For supported 2023–2026 6.7L Power Stroke pickup applications only.
• Required downpipe is included.
• Does not fit cab-and-chassis or F-550 applications. Contact Ironline Diesel before ordering those configurations.
• Installation labor is not included. Professional installation is recommended.
• If you already own an EZ Lynk, contact us before ordering. This package is not automatically discounted.
