It depends on the option you select. We offer Tune Only for customers who already have a compatible EZ Lynk, EZ Lynk + Tuning, and Full Setup Packages that include the selected hardware and tuning. Exact contents depend on your truck’s year and the options chosen on the product page.
What is EZ Lynk — and do I need it? EZ Lynk+
EZ Lynk is the device and mobile platform used to connect your truck with our technician account and deliver tuning files remotely. The AutoAgent connects to your truck’s diagnostic port and communicates through the EZ Lynk app. If you already have a compatible EZ Lynk that can be linked to us, select Tune Only. Otherwise, choose an option that includes the EZ Lynk device.
Who makes your tunes? Tuning+
Our tuning is developed in-house by Ironline Diesel’s calibrators. Your files are selected from our proven calibration library and matched to your truck’s year, calibration, modifications, and intended use. They are not individually written from scratch for every VIN.
How does the setup process work? Setup Process+
After ordering, you’ll submit your truck information and receive instructions for the next steps. If your order includes parts or an EZ Lynk device, those items ship first. Once your truck is ready, you’ll connect the AutoAgent and add Ironline Diesel as your technician in the EZ Lynk app. After your truck is linked and we have the required information, your files are delivered through EZ Lynk during our posted Monday–Friday file-delivery hours.
Can I install it myself? Install+
Many customers load their tuning files themselves through the EZ Lynk app using our instructions. Physical hardware installation requires the proper tools and mechanical experience. Installation labor is not included, and professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable completing the hardware work yourself.
Do you offer support? Support+
Yes. Support is provided for the term selected with your order. Four-week support covers help with linking, file loading, initial setup, and basic questions after purchase. Lifetime support provides continued assistance with your Ironline setup beyond the initial four-week period.
How long until my order ships / where’s my tracking? Orders+
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, though times can vary by product type, payment verification, order volume, and inventory. Some items may ship separately, so an order can arrive in multiple packages. Tracking is provided when available. Any delivery timeframe shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. Something is missing or arrived damaged. Orders+
If your EZ Lynk device, exhaust, or any physical part arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once confirmed, we’ll get you a replacement or the right fix.
What is your return & refund policy? Returns+
We stand behind every setup. Damaged, defective, or incorrect hardware is covered if reported within 3 business days of delivery. All tuning, custom tuning, calibration files, and VIN-linked items are final sale, since they’re built and linked to your specific truck. Do you offer payment plans? Payments+
Yes. Eligible customers can use Shop Pay Installments at checkout and choose from available biweekly or monthly payment options, including terms of up to 12 months. 0% APR options may be available for qualified customers. Available plans, approval, and payment amounts are determined by Shop Pay and Affirm at checkout.
