Ironline Diesel works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, but processing times may vary depending on product type, payment verification, order volume, inventory status, shipping conditions, and other fulfillment-related factors.
Some items may ship separately, and orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Estimates
Any shipping or delivery timeframe shown on the website, in messages, or at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, inventory changes, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control.
Availability and Order Issues
Product availability may change without notice. In some cases, an item may become delayed, backordered, unavailable, or require additional processing after an order is placed.
If needed, we may contact you using the information provided with your order to confirm details, provide an update, request additional information, discuss available options, or address any issue related to processing or fulfillment.
Order Review
Ironline Diesel reserves the right to review, verify, hold, limit, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or order accuracy concerns.
If additional information is needed before processing or shipping, we may contact you before shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact information, and order details at checkout.
Ironline Diesel is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, failed delivery attempts, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, transit times and delivery outcomes are primarily the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a shipment is lost, stolen, missing, or arrives damaged, contact Ironline Diesel as soon as possible.
We may assist in opening or supporting a carrier claim, but we do not guarantee claim approval or carrier reimbursement. Ironline Diesel is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, theft after delivery, or transit damage once the order has been turned over to the carrier, except where required by law.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses shipment without prior approval, the order may be treated as an unauthorized return and may be subject to return shipping charges, original shipping charges, restocking fees, and any other non-recoverable costs.
