Refund and Return Policy
All tuning, digital tuning products, custom tuning, calibration files, VIN-linked products, special-order items, custom-order items, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once the order has been placed, processed, linked, delivered, or started.
All parts and physical products are final sale once the order has been processed, fulfilled, shipped, installed, used, opened, altered, or removed from original packaging.
Ironline Diesel does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, change of plans, failure to verify fitment, incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided information, installation issues, emissions/legal-use concerns, or compatibility issues that were not confirmed before purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, the customer must contact Ironline Diesel within 3 business days of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims reported after this window may be denied.
Ironline Diesel is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, towing, downtime, rental costs, lost income, diagnostic charges, shop fees, or any direct or indirect costs related to any order, delay, defect, fitment issue, tuning issue, installation issue, or product failure.
Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders may only be canceled if they have not been processed, prepared, fulfilled, submitted, linked, or shipped. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Ironline Diesel reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or claim that does not meet these terms.
