Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every setup we send out. If something shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how it works.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect hardware
If your EZ Lynk device, exhaust, or any physical part arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Send your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and the packaging.
Once we confirm it, we'll get you a replacement or sort out the right fix. We want your truck set up correctly, not stuck waiting on a bad part.
Claims sent in after the 3 business day window may not qualify, so check your shipment when it lands.
Tuning and custom files are final sale
All tuning, custom tuning, calibration files, VIN-linked products, and any special or custom-order items are final sale. These are built and linked specifically to your truck, so once an order is placed, processed, linked, delivered, or started, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
This is standard for custom tuning across the industry. It is work and licensing tied directly to your VIN, not an off-the-shelf item we can take back and resell.
Parts that have been used or installed
Physical parts become final sale once they have been installed, used, opened, altered, or removed from original packaging. If you think you ordered the wrong part, reach out before installing anything and we'll help you figure it out.
What is not covered
We can't offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, a change of plans, fitment that wasn't confirmed before purchase, incomplete or inaccurate info provided at checkout, installation problems, or compatibility issues that weren't verified ahead of time.
If you're unsure what fits your truck, use our Setup Finder or message us before you order. We'd rather get you in the right setup the first time.
Costs we're not responsible for
Ironline Diesel is not responsible for labor, installation, towing, downtime, rental costs, lost income, diagnostic charges, shop fees, or any other direct or indirect costs tied to an order, delay, defect, fitment issue, tuning issue, installation issue, or product failure.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they haven't yet been processed, prepared, fulfilled, submitted, linked, or shipped. Once an order moves into processing or fulfillment, we can't cancel it. If you need to make a change, reach out fast and we'll do what we can before it's locked in.
Final note
Ironline Diesel reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or claim that doesn't meet these terms.
