These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ironlinediesel.com and any purchase from Ironline Diesel LLC ("Ironline Diesel," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the website, submitting information, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the website and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.
You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy protected content; impersonate another person; or violate the rights of Ironline Diesel or any third party.
2. Product Information and Availability
We work to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, availability, and pricing accurately. Vehicle configurations and manufacturer changes can affect fitment. Images may be illustrative, and minor differences in appearance, packaging, finish, or included hardware may occur when they do not materially change the product.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, substitute a materially equivalent component with the customer's approval when appropriate, or refuse or cancel an order. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.
3. Orders, Vehicle Information, and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, review, or hold an order for payment verification, fraud prevention, product availability, shipping restrictions, fitment concerns, inaccurate information, or another legitimate business reason. Payment authorization or an automated confirmation does not by itself require us to accept or fulfill an order.
You are responsible for reviewing the order and providing complete, accurate billing, contact, shipping, vehicle, VIN, modification, transmission, tire-size, and other requested information. We are not responsible for delays or incompatibility caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided information.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be emailed to support@ironlinediesel.com with the customer's name and order number. A request is not approved until confirmed by Ironline Diesel in writing.
The request must be received by 5:00 PM Central Time on the same business day the order was placed and before any part of the order enters processing or fulfillment, whichever occurs first. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday are treated as placed on the next business day solely for the cancellation-request deadline.
An order is non-cancellable once any component has been processed, prepared, allocated, submitted to a supplier or technician, VIN-linked, licensed, activated, fulfilled, shipped, assigned a shipping label, or when custom files, calibrations, licenses, tokens, or digital work have been started, prepared, or delivered. Processing of one component makes a complete package, bundle, or multi-item order non-cancellable.
Approved customer-requested cancellations are subject to a fee deducted from the merchandise subtotal: 10% for Shop Pay Installments purchases and 5% for all other payment methods. Taxes and shipping are excluded from the fee calculation, and the fees are not cumulative. These fees do not apply when Ironline Diesel cancels an order because it cannot fulfill it, when a delayed-shipment cancellation qualifies for a full refund, or where law requires a full refund.

5. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is placed. The amount shown in the accepted order confirmation controls, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or system error. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or other charges unless expressly stated.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge all amounts associated with the order. Shop Pay Installments and other third-party payment services are also governed by the provider's terms, approvals, schedules, and privacy practices. Ironline Diesel does not control a financing provider's approval decision, interest, late fees, or posting time.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship physical products only within the United States. Alaska orders require additional shipping charges. Oversized exhaust systems and certain devices require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Orders may arrive in multiple packages or ship from different facilities.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier, weather, inventory, supplier, address, and other delays may occur. If we cannot ship within the promised time or within the time otherwise required by law, we will provide any required notice and offer the customer the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped merchandise for a prompt full refund without a cancellation fee.

7. Tuning, Digital Products, and License Restrictions
Tuning files, calibration files, licenses, tokens, VIN-linked products, and other electronically delivered or custom products are licensed or provided for the specific customer and vehicle identified in the order. They are not transferable and may not be copied, resold, shared, published, reverse engineered, modified, or used for another vehicle without written authorization.
Support access, revision eligibility, update periods, and file availability are governed by the product description and support option selected at purchase. Expiration of an access or support period does not remove a file already properly flashed to a vehicle, but additional access, revisions, relinking, licensing, tokens, or support may require a separate purchase unless included in the original order.
8. Vehicle Compatibility, Installation, and Customer Responsibility
Performance and vehicle products can affect drivability, component stress, fuel use, emissions compliance, manufacturer warranties, and vehicle life. Results vary based on vehicle condition, configuration, modifications, maintenance, environment, installation, fuel quality, and use. No specific horsepower, torque, fuel-economy, towing, durability, or reliability result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written Ironline Diesel guarantee.
The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering, maintaining the vehicle, reviewing all instructions, and using a qualified professional when appropriate. Do not install or operate a product if it appears damaged, incorrect, incompatible, or unsafe. Stop use and contact us if a safety or fitment concern arises.
9. Lawful Use
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether purchase, installation, possession, or use of a product is lawful for their vehicle, location, and intended application. Ironline Diesel does not authorize use that violates emissions, registration, inspection, highway, environmental, safety, or other applicable laws. Any product identified for competition, racing, or off-road use must be used only as permitted by applicable law.

Shopify and other third-party providers may separately process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party payment, financing, shipping, review, communication, analytics, social-media, manufacturer, or other services. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or practices. Use of a third-party service is at the user's discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
13. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product organization, software, designs, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ironline Diesel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership right is transferred to users. You may use the website only for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without written permission.
14. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you own or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant Ironline Diesel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, or misleading content.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website to commit fraud; submit false payment, identity, vehicle, shipping, or claim information; bypass security or access controls; disrupt website operation; distribute malware; harvest data; infringe intellectual property; harass others; make unlawful purchases; or assist another person in prohibited conduct. We may suspend access, cancel orders, preserve records, and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities when reasonably necessary.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for an express written warranty provided with a product, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, services, information, and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Ironline Diesel disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent those warranties may legally be disclaimed. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironline Diesel and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost income, loss of use, towing, labor, diagnostics, shop charges, rental vehicles, downtime, data loss, or business interruption arising from the website, an order, a delay, installation, use, misuse, incompatibility, tuning, or product failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironline Diesel's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid to Ironline Diesel for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ironline Diesel LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or submission of false or inaccurate information. This provision does not require indemnification for Ironline Diesel's own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited.
19. Force Majeure
Ironline Diesel is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, labor disruption, carrier interruption, supplier failure, government action, infrastructure outage, cyberattack, or widespread network failure. This section does not eliminate any cancellation or refund right required by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute with Ironline Diesel are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in Hays County, Texas, or the federal court serving Hays County, Texas.
21. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of business assets.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the website and purchases from Ironline Diesel, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Ironline Diesel LLC.
