ASAP transmission tuning for your 6.7 Powerstroke
For supported Ford F-250–F-450 pickups. The 2011–2019 selections cover the 6R140; 2020–2026 selections cover the 10R140. Available profiles vary by year and can adjust shift scheduling, shift pressure and torque-converter behavior.
Digital calibration package only. No tuning device or physical hardware is included.
Engine tuning is not included. An EZ Lynk AutoAgent 2.0 or newer is required. Cab-and-chassis applications need separate confirmation.
Transmission Profiles by Model Year
- 2011–2019 / 6R140: Stock, Medium or High pressure. The 2011–2012 listing specifies High pressure by request.
- 2020–2022 / 10R140: Stock or Medium pressure; High by request, generally for upgraded turbo/fuel setups. Choose Medium shift points for stock–35-inch tires or High for 37-inch and larger tires. Skip and no-skip patterns are available.
- 2023–2026 / 10R140: Medium pressure or High by request. Medium and High shift points use the same tire-size guidance. Available patterns include sequential 1–10 and 1–3–4–5 onward.
On 10R140 files, gear skipping can still occur at wide-open throttle, including with a no-skip selection. ASAP also lists second-gear starts in Sand mode for race use. Profile availability is specific to the truck.
What Changes
Eligible profiles are delivered through the EZ Lynk library, so you can select a file after setup. High-pressure requests and non-stock tire or drivetrain configurations should be discussed with Ironline.
File access
Limited Support provides four weeks of access to the applicable library. The installed file remains on the truck afterward. Full Support provides ongoing access to that library for the same truck. It does not add calibration content beyond the package selected.

Ironline verifies your VIN and configuration before submitting the file order. Follow the ASAP-specific instructions supplied with your purchase. Ironline helps with your order and setup and coordinates calibration questions with ASAP.
