2023–2026 6.7L Powerstroke Complete Setup

Build a complete setup for your supported truck. Choose your exhaust, Ironline Diesel or ASAP Calibrations tuning, and file-access/support term. This package includes an EZ Lynk AutoAgent 3, the selected exhaust configuration, vehicle-specific EGR hardware, and calibration files from the provider you select.

Fits 2023–2026 6.7L Powerstroke pickups. This pickup package does not fit cab-and-chassis or F-550 trucks. Use the separate cab-and-chassis package and provide your year, VIN, cab configuration and wheelbase.

Want SOTF tuning? Select the 5 Position SOTF Switch add-on (+$80) shown with the product options before adding the package to cart. If the add-on is not selected, no physical switch will ship. We match the physical switch to your truck and calibration. The switch works only with a compatible SOTF calibration supplied for the truck; it does not make every file switchable.

Choose Your Exhaust

• 4-inch Race Pipe: T-409 stainless partial exhaust section that reuses the compatible downstream factory exhaust. This is not a full 4-inch system.
• Full 4-inch System: T-409 stainless, mandrel-bent, straight-through downpipe-back system. No muffler is included by default; a matching 4-inch muffler is optional (+$200).
• Full 5-inch System: T-409 stainless, mandrel-bent, straight-through downpipe-back system with a larger outlet path. No muffler is included by default; a matching 5-inch muffler is optional (+$200).

Sound and final fit can vary with wheelbase, cab/bed configuration, existing modifications, and installation. Cutting or adjustment may be required on some trucks.

If You Select Ironline Diesel Tuning

Selecting Ironline Diesel means your tuning files come from the Ironline calibration library. The Ironline options below do not describe the ASAP library. Exact ECM, TCM, and SOTF availability depends on your truck and selected package.

If You Select ASAP Calibrations

Your tuning files come from ASAP Calibrations and use the ASAP connection process. Review the ASAP overview and your selected package for supported engine and transmission options. The Ironline file list below is not included with an ASAP selection.

Optional TCM Tuning with ASAP

Add transmission (TCM) tuning for $450 when you choose ASAP Calibrations. Under Support, select 4 Weeks + TCM Tuning (+$450) or Full Support + TCM Tuning (+$450). Both options are available with every exhaust choice.

ASAP TCM tuning is included only when a +TCM option is selected. Availability depends on the model year, VIN, and truck configuration. We confirm compatibility after the truck is linked. Installation of the purchased TCM calibration is optional.

Support Options

• 4 Weeks: Access to the supported file library for 4 weeks. A file already installed on the truck remains installed after the access window closes.
• Full Support: Ongoing access to the supported file library for the original VIN and confirmed configuration.

Written support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central. A different vehicle, ownership change, or major configuration change may require new files or a new purchase.

Is the EZ Lynk included?
Yes. This complete package includes an EZ Lynk AutoAgent 3.

Is the EGR kit included?
Yes. Every complete Powerstroke setup includes a vehicle-specific EGR kit. The hardware is matched to your confirmed truck configuration.

Is the required downpipe included?
Yes. The 2023–2026 package includes the required 2020–2022-style 4-inch downpipe with every exhaust choice.

Is the physical SOTF switch included?
Only when the 5 Position SOTF Switch add-on (+$80) is selected. If you do not select it, no switch ships.

Can any calibration use the switch?
No. Only a compatible file specifically supplied as SOTF can use the physical switch.

Do the full exhaust systems include a muffler?
No muffler is included by default. Both 4-inch and 5-inch mufflers are available for +$200 each. Select Add muffler (+$200) in the product options; the size is matched automatically: 4-inch for the Race Pipe or Full 4-inch System, and 5-inch for the 5-inch System. A muffler reduces sound but does not make the truck silent. The Race Pipe reuses the compatible downstream factory exhaust.

Is transmission calibration included?
With Ironline Diesel, it is included only where supported by the calibration path, model year, VIN, and configuration. With ASAP Calibrations, select a +TCM support option to add supported transmission tuning for $450. We confirm the available ECM/TCM files after the truck is linked.

Can I use an EZ Lynk I already own?
Contact us before ordering. Existing-device compatibility must be verified and this complete package is not automatically discounted.

Should I install the hardware or flash first?
Neither until your setup is confirmed. Follow the written sequence supplied for the truck.

Can I add a harness plug kit?
Yes. Select Add harness plug kit (+$200) in the product options. Your truck year selects the matching kit. These caps protect unused connectors; they are not tuning files or diagnostic fixes. The 2020–2022 kit excludes DEF-tank and SOTF plugs.
