Calibration Options
Ironline’s own calibrators write VIN-specific files. ASAP selections use files supplied by ASAP Calibrations.
Single Tune
Runs one power level at a time. Other supported files can be flashed through EZ Lynk when included in your support term.
Switch on the Fly
Provides up to five selectable power levels with a compatible SOTF calibration and physical 5-position switch.
Calibration files are not preloaded.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Follow your selected provider’s connection instructions. File delivery requires VIN verification and any required device linking.

This VIN-matched Ironline package includes the selected exhaust configuration, vehicle-specific EGR hardware, EZ Lynk AutoAgent 3, truck-matched calibration, and the selected support term.
DOES NOT FIT CAB-AND-CHASSIS OR F-550 TRUCKS. This listing is for supported 2023–2026 6.7L Powerstroke pickup applications only. Cab-and-chassis trucks use different exhaust fitment and require a separately reviewed setup. This package uses the required 2020–2022-style downpipe. Contact Ironline Diesel with the year, VIN, cab configuration, and wheelbase before ordering; 2025–2026 trucks require fitment confirmation.

Want SOTF tuning? Select the 5 Position SOTF Switch add-on (+$80) shown with the product options before adding the package to cart. If the add-on is not selected, no physical switch will ship. The switch works only with a compatible SOTF calibration supplied for the truck; it does not make every file switchable.
Choose Your Exhaust
- 4-inch Race Pipe: T-409 stainless partial exhaust section that reuses the compatible downstream factory exhaust. This is not a full 4-inch system.
- Full 4-inch System: T-409 stainless, mandrel-bent, straight-through downpipe-back system with no muffler.
- Full 5-inch System: T-409 stainless, mandrel-bent, straight-through downpipe-back system with no muffler and a larger outlet path.
Sound and final fit can vary with wheelbase, cab/bed configuration, existing modifications, and installation. Cutting or adjustment may be required on some trucks.
Ironline Calibration Package
This streamlined package uses the Ironline calibration library and keeps the ordering path simple. Exact ECM, TCM, and SOTF availability is confirmed after the truck is linked through EZ Lynk and the VIN and configuration are reviewed.
Available Ironline Calibration Styles & Power Levels
Your package includes the calibration style and file selection purchased—not every option listed below. Final availability depends on the model year, VIN, factory strategy, turbo configuration, and supported transmission.
SOTF options require a compatible 5-position switch and SOTF calibration. Single-level options remain at one power level.
- Hiss: Sharper turbo and exhaust sound profile
- Rumble: Deeper exhaust sound profile

Listed power levels describe available calibration categories and do not guarantee measured horsepower. The correct option is matched to the truck’s supported configuration.
Optional TCM Tuning with ASAP
Add transmission (TCM) tuning for $450 when you choose ASAP Calibrations. Under Support, select 4 Weeks + TCM Tuning (+$450) or Full Support + TCM Tuning (+$450). Both options are available with every exhaust choice.
ASAP TCM tuning is included only when a +TCM option is selected. Availability depends on the model year, VIN, and truck configuration. We confirm compatibility after the truck is linked. Installation of the purchased TCM calibration is optional.
Support Options
- 4 Weeks: Access to the supported file library for 4 weeks. A file already installed on the truck remains installed after the access window closes.
- Full Support: Ongoing access to the supported file library for the original VIN and confirmed configuration.
Written support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central. A different vehicle, ownership change, or major configuration change may require new files or a new purchase.
What Happens After You Order
- Link the truck. Connect the AutoAgent, add Ironline Diesel as the technician, and allow EZ Lynk to read the VIN and vehicle strategy.
- Wait for confirmation. Do not install hardware or flash the truck until the correct configuration and file sequence have been confirmed in writing.

Can any calibration use the switch?
No. Only a compatible file specifically supplied as SOTF can use the physical switch.
Do the full exhaust systems include a muffler?
No. Both the Full 4-inch and Full 5-inch systems are straight-through systems without a muffler. The Race Pipe reuses the compatible downstream factory exhaust.
Is transmission calibration included?
With Ironline Diesel, it is included only where supported by the calibration path, model year, VIN, and configuration. With ASAP Calibrations, select a +TCM support option to add supported transmission tuning for $450. We confirm the available ECM/TCM files after the truck is linked.
Can I use an EZ Lynk I already own?
Contact us before ordering. Existing-device compatibility must be verified and this complete package is not automatically discounted.
Should I install the hardware or flash first?
Neither until your setup is confirmed. Follow the written sequence supplied for the truck.
Before You Order
Confirm the model year, pickup configuration, existing modifications, intended use, selected exhaust and support term, and whether the $80 physical SOTF switch is needed. VIN entry is optional when ordering; you can provide it after purchase before calibration processing. Exact horsepower, fuel economy, sound, and no-modification fitment are not guaranteed. Professional installation is recommended. Products must be purchased, installed, and used only where permitted by applicable law. Store policies apply once an order is placed and fulfilled. Orders can be fulfilled in multiple shipments with separate tracking.
