Calibration Options
Files are supplied by ASAP Calibrations. Ironline handles your order, and tuning delivery follows the ASAP instructions included with your selection.
Single Tune
Runs one power level at a time. Other supported files can be flashed through EZ Lynk when included in your support term.
Switch on the Fly
Provides up to five selectable power levels with a compatible SOTF calibration and physical 5-position switch.
Calibration files are not preloaded.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Follow your selected provider’s connection instructions. File delivery requires VIN verification and any required device linking.

4-Week Support
Includes supported-file access and written calibration support for four weeks. A successfully installed file remains on the truck afterward.
Full Support

Is a muffler included?
No. A muffler is not included with the race pipe, full 4-inch, or full 5-inch exhaust.

What if I already own an EZ Lynk?

Built for customers who specifically want ASAP calibrations, expanded supported configuration choices, and access to eligible provider-released updates during the selected support period. Choose the exhaust setup and support term; we match the package to the model year, VIN, and confirmed truck configuration.

Choose Your Exhaust
- 4" Race Pipe: Partial exhaust section that reuses the compatible downstream factory exhaust.
- Full 4" Exhaust System: Complete straight-through downpipe-back system with no muffler.
- 5" Performance Exhaust System: Complete straight-through downpipe-back system with no muffler and a larger outlet path.
Sound and final fit can vary by wheelbase, cab/bed configuration, existing modifications, and installation. Cutting or adjustment may be required on some trucks.
ASAP Calibration & Support
This package uses ASAP-provided calibrations. Exact ECM, TCM, SOTF, customization, and update availability depends on the model year, VIN, confirmed configuration, and selected support term.
Available TCM profiles vary by provider and truck configuration. Installation of the TCM calibration is optional.
- 4 Weeks: Access to the supported file library and written support for four weeks. A file already installed remains installed after the access window closes.
- Full Support: Ongoing access to the supported file library and written support for the original VIN and confirmed configuration.
Written support is available by email Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.
SOTF Switch
Supported packages include Single Power Level and SOTF file options. When SOTF is supported, one tune contains five selectable power levels controlled with a compatible physical 5-position switch. The switch ships only when the +$80 switch option is selected.
How Ordering Works
- Select your exhaust setup and support term.
- Select the exact model year, add your truck details, and choose whether you need a physical SOTF switch. VIN entry is optional when ordering; you can provide it after purchase.
- After checkout, connect the EZ Lynk and add Ironline Diesel as the technician.
- Calibration processing normally takes 1–3 business days after complete truck information and a successful EZ Lynk link are received.
Do not install hardware or flash the truck until the correct configuration and file sequence have been confirmed in writing.
Important Fitment & Shipping Information
- For supported 2020–2022 6.7L Power Stroke pickup applications only.
- Does not fit cab-and-chassis or F-550 applications. Contact Ironline Diesel before ordering those configurations.
- Installation labor is not included. Professional installation is recommended.
- If you already own an EZ Lynk, contact us before ordering. This package is not automatically discounted.
