GET YOUR FILES

Connect. Complete setup. Wait for file review.

Your AutoAgent is the connection device. Your purchased files are delivered through the app after your truck details and provider setup are confirmed; they are not preloaded on the device.

  1. Have your order and truck details ready.Use your checkout email, order number if available, VIN, truck year, and current configuration. Orders are processed within 1 business day once payment and required order information are complete. We aim for same-day processing on orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Ironline verifies the truck before releasing Ironline files or submitting an ASAP order. File delivery follows your selected provider’s separate timeframe.
  2. Set up the EZ LYNK AutoAgent app.Install the official EZ LYNK AutoAgent app and sign in to your own account. Park safely. With the engine off and AutoAgent unplugged, turn the ignition to RUN, then plug AutoAgent into the OBD-II port. Connect your phone to the EZLYNK Wi-Fi network and confirm the correct truck shows Connected. “No Internet” on this Wi-Fi network is normal; use internet or mobile data for linking and downloads.Official EZ LYNK setup help ↗
  3. Use the connection path for your provider. With the app connected to your truck, follow the matching instructions below. The two providers use different linking paths.

Ironline Calibrations

Ironline files: link first, then wait for review

Manually link your truck to Ironline using the setup guide. Our team reviews links and releases purchased files Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. Weekend and after-hours reviews resume the next business day.

Linking does not instantly load files. Confirm your purchased profiles are available before starting installation.

Ironline setup instructions
  1. In the app, open Vehicle → Technicians → Lynk. Use ironlinediesel@gmail.com for the Ironline technician link.
  2. In the vehicle description, enter your order name, order number if available, exact truck year, support term, and relevant modifications. Complete the prompts. This lets Ironline match the linked truck to your purchase.
  3. After your setup and file release are confirmed, open Vehicle → ECU Profiles to see the files available to that truck.

ASAP Calibrations

ASAP files: follow your invitation

Use your ASAP invitation and complete the required truck information. Allow 1–3 business days after all required information and setup are complete.

Use ASAP’s invitation for this purchase. Confirm your purchased profiles are available before starting installation.

ASAP setup instructions
  1. Ironline verifies your VIN and configuration, then submits your ASAP file order. Use an AutoAgent 2.0 or newer for ASAP.
  2. Connect the AutoAgent to your truck and accept the technician invitation when prompted. Check Vehicle → Technicians. Do not manually add ASAP or use the Ironline technician email for this order.
  3. Once the invitation is accepted and the files are available, open Vehicle → ECU Profiles. Read the description of the profile supplied for your truck before choosing it.

No invitation or no files after your order is confirmed ready? Send screenshots of Technicians and ECU Profiles through the support route below.

I’m linked, but I don’t see my files.

First confirm the provider selected in your order. Ironline files are released after manual linking and review, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. ASAP uses an invitation and normally takes 1–3 business days after all required information and setup are complete. If your purchased files have been confirmed available but profiles are missing, send a screenshot of ECU Profiles with your order number and VIN so we can investigate.

Which file, power level, or transmission option?

Single file

Single Tune uses one fixed file. A physical SOTF switch is not needed for a Single Tune.

SOTF file + physical switch

Use a file labeled “SOTF” with the matching physical switch. Once that file is installed, use the switch to change levels. Files labeled “Single” do not respond to the switch. The physical switch is a separate hardware selection.

ECM and TCM

ECM is the engine calibration. TCM is the transmission calibration. Transmission availability and any added price depend on your year, provider, and selected package.

Ironline file guide

Ironline power and transmission reference by year

This reference summarizes the published Ironline library. The profiles released for your VIN and confirmed hardware determine what you can use. HP labels identify the listed files; a SOTF range does not identify every intermediate switch position.

Open the exact profile description before choosing. Send your current file name, configuration, and towing weight for a matched recommendation.

Start with the files released for your confirmed VIN and setup. Power levels, idle features, SOTF input, and transmission files are not interchangeable across years. Read each profile description; send a screenshot and your intended use if you need help choosing.

For towing, include trailer weight and current modifications when asking which file to run. A higher power number is not a towing recommendation.

ASAP file guide

Use the ASAP profile description and the calibration reference for your exact truck. Do not apply a power table from a different year, product, or vehicle configuration.

For 2011–2014 ASAP orders, send the available file names and your truck configuration for a matched recommendation. The public ASAP Tune Helper currently starts at 2015.

ASAP names such as Hiss, Rumble and LBF describe file characteristics. LBF means low-boost fueling. Shift point and transmission pressure are separate choices. Use the ASAP guide for your model year and the instructions for the files supplied to your truck.

For the 2023–2026 ASAP packages, TCM tuning is included only when your selected option explicitly includes TCM Tuning. The added price is shown in the product option and configured subtotal.

4 Weeks, Full Support, and files that disappear

4 Weeks: This is a file-access period, not a countdown that removes a successfully installed file from your truck. For Ironline orders, the four-week period starts when your files are sent, not when you first flash the truck.

For an ASAP order, check the access dates provided for that order or ask us to confirm them. Do not calculate the window from the order date or hardware delivery date.

Full Support: Ongoing supported-file access applies to the original VIN and confirmed configuration. It does not transfer to another truck. Check your order’s exact term before purchasing an upgrade.

Missing profiles can mean an expired access window, the wrong linked truck, or an incomplete provider connection. We can check the existing order before you purchase anything again.
