Calibration Options
Ironline’s own calibrators write VIN-specific files. Support follows your selected term and confirmed truck configuration.
Single Tune
Runs one power level at a time. Other supported files can be flashed through EZ Lynk when included in your support term.
Switch on the Fly
Provides up to five selectable power levels with a compatible SOTF calibration and physical 5-position switch.
Calibration files are not preloaded.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Follow your selected provider’s connection instructions. File delivery requires VIN verification and any required device linking.

Is a muffler included?
No. A muffler is not included with the race pipe, full 4-inch, or full 5-inch exhaust.
What if I already own an EZ Lynk?
Contact us before ordering. This package is not automatically cheaper when you already own the device.

Ironline matches every component to the year, transmission, and truck information submitted with the order.

What ships from where
- EZ Lynk AutoAgent and required device cabling: Fulfilled directly through the EZ Lynk/Kinect’d supply channel.
- 2018 Ram security-gateway connection: The correct OBD-II cable and SGM adapter are supplied directly with the device-side order when required; the customer does not need to source a separate bypass cable.
- Exhaust and selected EGR hardware: Coordinated and fulfilled by Ironline Diesel.
- Tuning: Supplied by Ironline after the AutoAgent is linked and the required truck information is confirmed.
Components may arrive in separate shipments. Separate tracking information may be provided for the AutoAgent/cabling and the exhaust or EGR hardware.

Required truck information
We require the exact model year, VIN, pickup configuration, transmission, current modifications, intended use, and power goal before processing. Complete information prevents incompatible files or hardware from being assigned to the truck.
Year and transmission notes
- 68RFE and Aisin AS69RC applications use different transmission strategies and are not interchangeable.
- Shift-on-the-fly operation requires the matching physical switch and a supported SOTF calibration.
- Transmission calibration is included only when listed in the order confirmation.
Support options
- 4 Weeks: Included access to the supported file library for 4 weeks. A file already installed on the truck remains installed after the access window closes.
- Full Support: Optional $200 upgrade for ongoing access to the supported file library for the original VIN and confirmed configuration.
Written support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time.
